"Despite all the challenges of today, the Ukrainian Association of FinTech and Innovative Companies is conducting a rating study to identify the most influential women in the fintech sector for the third time. As in previous years, there are new faces in the ranking. I am very pleased with this, because it means that Ukrainian fintech is developing and moving forward," said
Rostyslav Dyuk, Chairman of the UAFIC Board. According to him, this year's ranking of the most influential women in Ukrainian fintech demonstrated several record-breaking indicators.
"First, we received a record number of applications - about 330. Second, the percentage of female employees in the banking sector has increased from 29% in previous years to 38% this year. I believe this is a good signal and confirmation of the thesis that banks are digitalising," added the head of the Fintech Association.
