HR Tech committee #7: HR Tech trends 2023 in Ukraine and the world
On August 23, a regular meeting of the HR Tech Committee of the Ukrainian Association of Fintech and Innovation Companies (UAFIC) took place online. The main topic of the meeting was HR technology development trends in 2023.
Within the framework of the committee, Anastasiia Shevchenko, CEO/Partner of Lugera Ukraine, spoke about the main trends and tendencies that exist in the HR market today
- Anastasiia has over 19 years of experience in the banking sector. The business projects she was responsible for helped to bring banks to the TOP-5 and even TOP-2 in the market;
- In 2012-2016, Anastasiia was Head of Business Development at Visa Inc;
- In September 2017, she founded her own company Fintech Solutions for fintech consulting and educational projects and joined Adecco Ukraine/Lugera Ukraine as a partner, and in December 2017 as CEO;
- In 2021, Lugera Ukraine launched 2 brand new trend-setting areas: Global Recruitment and Global R&D Solutions, which operate in more than 60 countries. And in 2023, the company invested in a completely new business - Lugera Med & Care - to help companies in 60 countries find nurses and doctors;
- During the war, Anastasiia Shevchenko and her partners launched the HireUp charity project to connect talent with companies in Europe;
- In July 2023, she announced a large-scale social project called "Bringing Talent Back to Ukraine", in which Ukrainians most affected by the war receive coaching support and a fresh start in their work;
