UAFIC and the NBU will hold RegTech Days to develop a White Paper on the advancement of RegTech in Ukraine

The Ukrainian Association of Fintech and Innovation Companies, in collaboration with the National Bank of Ukraine, will host a series of four working sessions titled "RegTech Days by UAFIC."

This initiative aims to engage participants from the financial and technology sectors in the preparation of a White Paper on RegTech development in Ukraine, along with a corresponding roadmap.

Working Session Schedule

▪️ October 26 – The current state of the RegTech market: research findings, discussions with market participants, and an assessment of the "AS IS" state.

▪️ October 29 – International practices and market needs: an analysis of experiences from other countries and the identification of priority RegTech use cases.

▪️ November 12 – RegTech solution design session: collaborative development of proposals for the White Paper and the roadmap.

▪️ November 19 – Vision for the future market: defining the desired "TO BE" state and finalizing proposals for the development of RegTech in Ukraine.

How ​​to Participate?

UAFIC and the NBU invite representatives from banks and other financial institutions, RegTech and FinTech companies, technology providers, and other interested market participants to join. We welcome those with practical experience, specific use cases, or proposals regarding the development of regulatory technologies in Ukraine.

Participation in the working sessions is free of charge. The meetings will be held online via Zoom; prior registration is required.

Involving market participants in the collaborative development of the White Paper is part of UAFIC’s efforts to advance its regulatory agenda and strengthen the dialogue between the financial sector, technology companies, and the regulator.
